Dillion did an excellent job revitalizing my two pieces of cloth furniture that I purchased in the 1970's. Even though my apartment was on the 4th floor, and he had not been advised by your dispatch team that portable equipment would be needed, Dillion found a successful work around. With this ingenuity and foresight, I did not have to reschedule my appointment. He was extremely knowledgeable and shared with me exactly what each step of the process would entail. Dillion is certainly an asset to your organization. In addition, he was provided the incorrect contact telephone information, but he came to Fellowship Square and sought be out on foot. He went out of his way to make this an exceptional experience.

Effective cleaning and good workers
Adam did a very good job. He explained all aspects of the process and was very conscientious, protecting the wall corners, etc. The carpeting cleaned up really well, including pet stains. The equipment is pretty impressive, filling most of the van. Operating at 400psi, it really cleans deep. I can’t believe I ever rented a carpet cleaner, expecting anything close to these results.

Everything was great! Tech did a great job. Only thing i can complain about is your advertised price is actually not the price. Your company hides the residential fee of $25.00. So in reality $119.00 special is actually $144.00, That should be included with the advertised price
