The cleaner did a very thorough job and old stains were even removed. The crazy thing is that I had the carpet cleaned a couple years prior and that company wasn’t successful removing the stains. My carpet even looks and smells cleaner than it did after my first cleaning. I will stick with Zerorez. They are not the cheapest carpet cleaner out there but you truly get what you pay for I discovered

I called Zerorez after buying my house. I wanted to have my carpets thoroughly cleaned before moving in. Additionally, I wanted the cleaning to be oder free and pet friendly.
Zerorez was easy to work with. They explained the process and cost up front. The technician was on time, was very careful to prevent any damage in the house, and when he wasn't sure he could get all the discoloration out, he made sure to discuss it with me. Since the discoloration was normal wear and tear I wasn't concerned. He recommended a protective coating since I'm not going to replace the carpets and I have pets. After discussing pros and cons and cost, I had no problem agreeing. The entire process, 4 rooms, took less than two hours.
I would 100% use Zerorez again!

Fast and efficient!

Every time we have had Zerorez out to clean carpet and clean and seal tile they have done a great job and we are very pleased. This Tuesday was no exception. The two technicians who came were on time, polite, thoroughly went over the process with us and then got right to work and left our house looking spotless. We like that there is no residue of soap or the "crunchy" feeling in the carpeting and it dries quicker too. Can't say enough good things about Zerorez and will definitely use them again the next time we need our carpets and tile cleaned.
