Courteous, professional and genuinely nice people. No hard sell/upsell, they explain everything they are doing and why. They call when enroute so you are ready when they get there (really nice when you've forgotten to vacuum one last time) and they do a good job. Always been happy with the results, dry time and they way they take care of your home.

Technicians arrive on time promised, and are clean-cut, English speaking professionals. Products leave no residue and carpets dry within a few hours, not days as I have experienced with other carpet cleaning services.
