Will and Chase were a pleasure to work with. Professional and kept me informed along the way. Also gave an idea of what the cost would to clean my tiles. When I decide to get them done I will definitely use Zerorez . Very happy with the results.
Your staff are friendly, discuss thoroughly what they will be doing, and then carefully and efficiently get to work. They did a great job cleaning our ducts and then showed me actual videos of their cleaning process. WOW!! My ducts needed attention and I it’s peace of mind knowing things are clean for the upcoming heating season.
I thought the two young men who cleaned our carpets were thoughtful, kind, and knowledgeable. That they came to our house twice and did the cleaning a second time for the pet odors was really something special.
