Everything done was meticulous and helpful. Thoroughly cleaning my weird vent system and the two gentlemen who came were exceptionally kind, clean, and careful with my painted on vents. It was a tough clean and they did not complain one bit. The whole system for cleaning vents is very cool, quite large, but did the job well. Now my family can be cool this summer. Had dust and cement gunk from fixing cracked foundation sitting in the unused vents for the past two years. So much better now.

I liked how thorough and effective the cleaning service was. Zerorez cleaned our 4,000-square-foot event space with commercial performance carpet and removed most of the spills, food stains, and heavily tracked-in dirt. They even pulled up a surprising amount of dirt we could not see beforehand. The team was professional, efficient, and left the carpet looking noticeably cleaner, brighter, and refreshed.

This is, I believe, the third time I've used Zerorez. I've been happy each time. I was attracted to you originally when I learned you didn't use harsh chemicals. We have a number of people with allergies and heightened sensitivities in the office. The chemical smell we had to deal with in the past made some of my staff members sick. But with Zerorez the air is left as clean as the carpet. Thanks for the great product and service!

Zerorez uses their own water at a 210 degree temperature. Our three rooms were cleaned quickly leaving our carpets looking as good as new. This was miraculous since they are 25 years old. Wyatt and Zack went the extra mile for us and were polite and professional. Great communication throughout the process! We will definitely use them again!
