I’m a repeat customer and with good reason! ZeroRez is a wonderful company. I recently moved into a house and the carpets really needed cleaning. I was doubtful they COULD get clean. The cleaner came right on time and got the carpets sparkling clean! It looks and smells brand new. I definitely will continue to call on ZeroRez.

your service people are great

Love the product and results. Very respectful and professional cleaners.

Overall, I am usually satisfied on the carpet cleaning in my two small bedrooms and hallway. The stairs always look great after cleaning; my favorite part of Zerorez. I was informed that the black residue on the edge of my carpet in certain areas are from the furnace. So, I have accepted that and the tech tries to get some of that up without scratching the baseboards. Techs are courteous and professional.
