I like that my carpet is soft and cushy afterwards not stiff and crunchy like the others. Carpet is usually dry in 5-6 hours and looks brand new when finished. Shout out to Isaiah for his courtesy and professionalism

Service was great from beginning to end. I requested a quote on a morning and Alice had someone here for a quote before lunch time for 2 of our offices! Impressive! On the day of the cleaning, the tech was here at 9:55 for a 10am appointment. That told me the tech and the company has respect for my time. Really not something we see often! I was told from the time of the quote that our carpet may not look as it would when it was new. It was pretty dirty. Well, it looks great. I had a great experience with your company and staff. After several years, my very used carpet needed a good clean. I appreciated that my Tech took the time to listen to what I wanted and needed cleaned with my carpet and furniture issues. He was thorough and especially took his time to get out an overdue pet stain on my light colored love seat. He did a great job! I could genuinely sense he wanted perfection as much as possible. Because Zerorez is chemical free, there was no chemical smell and I can walk in my bare feet without that tacky residue feeling that other cleaners leave behind.
