The techs are thorough and the carpets are nice and clean when they finish. They dry quickly, too. I like walking on them and noticing how soft they are, instead of being "crunchy". They use biodegradable products, which I also appreciate. Good job, Zerorez~

I had a very, very bad experience the 1st time I tried Zero-Rez services, the tech was totally incompetent, I know this because I too laid & cleaned carpets professionally for 10+ years. But I called the manager, she promptly sent me another person, this lady DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB. She (the manager-Victoria) didn’t even charge me a single dime for the 2nd cleaning. So, I was a little reluctant to say the least to try Zero-Rez carpet Cleaning Services again, but I’m so GLAD!!! I DID SO; I decided to give them another try. This time the tech they sent out was extremely good, had great Customer “Bed-side manner” and did an outstanding job on my carpets, I’m extremely happy with Ryan’s quality of service & expertise, I will be using Zero-Rez & specifically Ryan, if I can get him. Not only did Ryan with Zero-Res redeem them in my eyes, they did it in a big way, thanks to Ryan they have gained a lifelong repeat customer in me. I highly recommend Zero-Rez and specifically Ryan to clean my carpets & Tile floors.

Great service, great technician!

Communication was great. They cleaned my sofa recliner and a side chair. The results were amazing! The side chair was a cream color and had some dirt and oils from your hands and arms. They performed a spot test first before proceeding to clean the entire chair. Very happy with the results. The techs were very professional. Would definitely recommend this company.

The staff have all been so helpful and professional. Additionally, Zerorez gets my carpets and furniture clan without strong smells or residue. I have an Airbnb and it’s perfect for guests with allergies that have problems with residue from products.
