I like the way the cleaning process works, although this time it took a long time to dry. Parts of the areas too over 2 days to dry, even with fans running and the weather not being humid. In the past, the carpet has dried much quicker. It may be due to the fact that there were spots that needed "extra" tending.

Jayden was very pleasant, knowledgeable and explained the process. He also explained what to expect afterward. He worked diligently and thoroughly.

I have always appreciated the clean and natural products that are used. It leaves my house smelling crisp! The main benefit I have come to love about ZeroRez is the drying time.I used Stanley Steemer for 10+yrs and it seemed that my carpets were damp for days. That is not functional when you have 3 kids and 3 dogs.Your company takes the cake.My carpets are dry after 6hrs max. It’s amazing because we do not have to put our daily living routine on hold since switching to ZeroRez. I have been a repeat customer for over 5yrs and I will never desire to try another service. Plus there are always great deals provided throughout the year which makes the expense very affordable and welcoming. I love you guys!

The gentlemen that came to service my home was courteous and professional, he examined the floors and gave me what I felt was honest advice about what my options were. He then worked hard for hours to clean a large area of carpet and tile. I will return to Zerorez in the future for my cleaning needs.

It almost always looks so good. However after this last time did traffic areas do not look as good and there a blood spot I thought would come up but didn’t. I was not home, my husband, if I had been home I would have asked that those spots be done again.

The service technician was amazing, super kind, very knowledgeable, and made me feel like my carpets were in good hands. I had a bad experience with another company and explained the situation and he took extra care to ensure my carpets were cleaned well and that he took his time. I would definitely come back for additional services in the future.

My carpets are older and the last 3 times I have had them cleaned by other companies I was disappointed when the carpet dried. I did not have high hopes but my technician , Davin did a great job, the carpet looks so much better. I would recommend zerorez, they came promptly and did a great job.
