Great customer service. Between the texts, emails and my call from tech before the appointment was actually done 30 mins before his arrival and he was on time. Nothing worse than sitting around all day for them to show up in the last hour of a 3 hour window.

The technician was friendly and efficient.

Zerorez does a really good job and the representative that was assigned to my location was extremely pleasant and helpful. I did find it extremely frustrating that my appointment schedule time was moved up and then there was a significant delay past even the appointment time. They did call me, but I felt like I had to sit around and wait all day because of a delay with the previous customer and was a bit frustrating. Especially since they asked me to move up my appointment time.

Low amount of chemicals used for cleaning, reasonable prices, transparency about any cost upfront, quality of work is excellent. But what I like best about your company are the people. Ryan, my technician, was so engaging, respectful and polite. He is also incredibly knowledgeable. This is the second time I’ve had him come for a cleaning and he’s always done an excellent job. Also, when I’ve called the 877 number to schedule an appointment or make changes, the customer service representatives are so helpful and friendly. Your services are great, but your people are a real asset. They clearly love what they do and they believe in the company. I’ll never use anybody else.

Great communication and arrived on time, actually called to say they could come sooner than planned which was fantastic. They recommended great treatments for my carpets without pushing prices and products. Everything was done in a timely manner, very friendly technician! Would and will be using them next time!

I like the " no surprises" I get with Zerorez. This is the second time using them and I always know what the bill is ahead of time. The quick drying time & the lack of artificial scents from soaps or chemicals is wonderful! My cleaner, Zach, was great! He did a quick but thorough job!!
