Efficient. Thorough in explaining treatments and what add ons are available including what to expect after the treatment. I didn’t think some of the stains on our carpet would come out but they cleaned up very well. High traffic areas are still a little darker but I expected that and they still look pretty great. I’d hire them again.

No review on any of the links provided. However, I want to communicate my appreciation for AJ and his professional communication skills as well as his professional technical skills. As a realtor, I have seen my share of carpets. The carpet that AJ cleaned on 11/29/25 in Doraville, wins the award for the nastiest. I think there might be a chance to salvage some of the carpet after he cleaned it. Thank you AJ. You get a "10" from all the judges. Even the international judges agreed with his Olympic caliber performance. Your future clients are going to appreciate your service and I will recommend any of my clients to ask for AJ. Anthony from Zerorez was amazing. He was so kind, thorough, and incredibly knowledgeable about the whole duct-cleaning process. He walked us through everything he was doing, showed us before-and-after photos, and made sure we understood how to keep everything running cleaner moving forward. Our house already feels fresher. If you ever need your air ducts cleaned, seriously ask for Anthony — he made the whole experience so easy and honestly kind of fun. Highly recommend!
