Angel, the technician, was great. Seemed to really care about doing a good job. I had gotten one room of carpeting and two area rugs done. The carpet was noticeably clean. Very happy about that. Couldn't really tell if the two rugs looked any different.

Zerorez did an outstanding job in cleaning my living room, dining room, family room and stairs. I was planning on replacing the family room carpet but it turned out so nice that we are now planning to keep it for a few more years.
