I’m blanking on my technicians name, but he was fantastic. He was actually able to bump me up on his schedule which was nice of him. He was understanding of the driveway not being cleared yet - which meant he had to walk in the snow.
He explained the process well, did a great job at cleaning the sectional and had clear instructions on how to best handle the aftercare.

I do plan on using you again for carpet cleaning in multiple rooms after furniture movement is complete.

The technician, Rafael, thoroughly explained the procedure and expected outcomes and offered suggestions. He was efficient and very personable. Generally, I was quite satisfied as there were pet issues that made perfect cleaning a real challenge and an impossibility. Overall, I was very pleased.
