I have used them many times and would not even consider using another carpet cleaning service. I love how clean my carpets and rugs are when it's all done. There's no "crunchy" feel to the carpets when they dry (from leftover unrinsed carpet cleaner). There's no perfume-y carpet cleaner smell. And, everything dries so fast.
Every technician I've had has been great! Friendly. Thorough. Willing to go back over a spot if I ask. They are always a pleasure to work with.

He was on time, he thoroughly cleaned the carpet, although there were still some stains that were due to my husband's neglect, not Tyrone's in any way. Tyrone did an EXCELLENT job at trying his best to combat them. I would recommend him in a heart beat. I have never been disappointed in your services.
