Courteous, efficient staff; excellent service that was easily scheduled

I am a loyal, long time user of Zerorez. You do a great job and send good people to the home. I have always sang your praises to whomever would listen. But you've changed, and not for the better I think. First of all the man you sent to clean my carpets yesterday was great, did an excellent job and quickly enough to surprise me. He is not the problem. He did advise the company had been bought out so there is a new corporate policy. You do 3 things now that have me wondering if it's what I want in the future. (1) when I tried to book an appt around Nov with your special, your company would not grant an additional week or two for have the work done, said it was out of the timeline, so I had to wait for the next special, (2) you no longer give out the ugly but practical blue booties that we have all come to rely in when trying to access a cleaned room before it's dry, and (3) I have about a 3 or 4ft section in my master bedroom leading to the bath that has always been considered part of the bedroom free of charge. Now there is a charge for that. Consider how it would look if that small section were left uncleaned compared to the rest of the carpet. I wait for your specials so I can afford you. We are going to be 80 this year and on social security. These have not happened before, and consideration for long time clients should be taken into account. Frankly, I am not sure what I will do in the future. I have a living room and 4 bedrooms with carpet that is 25 years old and looks great still. Advise corporate your image is being tarnished. If I feel this way, then there are others........

Product seamed to work great in a house with pets. Smells good! Raul, was amazing so friendly and kind. He worked quickly and efficiently to wrap up in a timely manner.

Joshua was very professional and accommodating. He did an excellent job on our old wool carpeting. He was cordial and let us know exactly what he was doing and how to care for the carpet after he was finished. We appreciate that kind of service!

Brian was exceptional. He was so friendly and explain the rug processing procedure to me. Brian was so careful in removing and handling the rugs in a professional manner. He made sure that was completely knowledgable.

I have not received a receipt for the costs involved as yet. Also, I was concerned regarding the prices being so, so high to clean the rugs.

I had my dryer vent cleaned out and I was amazed at how much lint was caught in the line. Nathan and Abby were courteous, efficient and so thorough while here. There was no mess left, they explained all that was happening and even got the home tool that I had tried to use to clean it myself out for me!

My Cleaner was 5 Star Great. Told me everything up front and made shure during the process that I was happy. Excellent customer service.

Excellent customer service. The technician answered all my questions and showed me what was deep down in my carpet. This was a move-in cleaning, and I was so happy that they were able to clean before I moved any of my belongings in. The carpet looked and smelled wonderful. I will definitely use Zerorez in the future.

Good communication with the company; the technician, Jacob, asked if he could come earlier than scheduled which worked wonderfully. He arrived as scheduled and got straight to work after explaining what he was going to do. He perfectly cleaned the carpet in a small living room & hall, he cleaned a love seat and recliner chair and returned them to their original colors!! All this, well done, in less than 90 minutes. I will use Zerorez again.

Jamie was our service guy. He was very detail and was extremely professional with all the hoses. He made sure that the hoses weren't hitting the walls or furniture. Our tile floors looked so much better, plus our area rug looks new again. Zero Rez has always cleaned our homes for several years. If your looking for a great company call Zero Rez and ask for Jamie.
