Technician was professional and worked very hard to remove stains. He was courteous to wear shoe covers, protect furniture that the hose was apt to rub against, and explained the process prior to starting. Prices were fair and the satisfaction guarantee within 30 days was good.

The wet carpet dried quickly. And the service man worked extra long to get the water out. He should be commended for that and put it in his personnel file.
