Zerorez was a great decision. They did a great job getting a lot of pet smells out of the carpet. The house smells tremendously better. Ali was incredibly kind and gracious.

My only complaint is that the carpet was left very wet, and so some of the stains came back due to the pad being wet.

But I will definitely use them again!

As we are only two days from completion of the service, I don't have a review of the product's lasting success. Overall, carpets appear cleaner. My review is based on the excellent service provided by the technician. He was professional and efficient, as well as conscientious of my home and belongings.

Great service. Ryan was so friendly and easy to talk to. The couch I got for free was covered in stains and smells, my dog wouldn’t even sit on it. Now it’s much cleaner. Totally worth it.

They show up when they say they are. Very careful with their equipment. Do a beautiful job, and also asked for me to look it over before he left . It take about 24 hours to dry. I’m always very pleased with there job.

Zerorez came to my house and worked extra hard to remove pet urine from my guest room carpet. The smell was so bad that all I could do was shut the door and not use that room any more. I thought about ripping up the whole carpet but I had just bought the carpet less than a year ago. That is when I called zerorez. With their professional service and quality products they were able to remove the urine smell and I am happy to report that I moved the furniture back into the guest room and I am able tonuse it again. Thank you zerorez for your diligence in getting my carpet clean and beautiful again.
