Your technician (Anthony) was great. Before he started cleaning he explained the process and expectations and answered all of our questions. The carpet looks fantastic and drying time was as told to us. When Anthony left he backed himself out so as to not leave any footprints on the cleaned carpet. He even locked the door. Great job Anthony !!. Thank you Zerorez for Top Notch products, and courteous and professional employees like Anthony.
Technicians on time and very polite. I do wish someone had warned me of the amounts of dust scattered all over...I could have covered my furniture, I would have worn a mask throughout (I have bad asthma). I am still cleaning but at least am happy my ducts are clean. I had never had this done before and now my ducts are clean. :)

This is the third or fourth time I have used Zerorez. I love the ease of scheduling and the availability of appointments. The technicians are always good about letting you know when they are on their way, which I really appreciate. The carpets came out excellent, as always!

Our carpet looks great after Les' visit. The work was done quickly and there was good communication before the visit and a lovely follow-up phone thank you. It took a little longer to dry than I expected but am still very pleased that I chose ZeroRez. Will certainly recommend them to others. And I appreciate that they were a sponsor on our local NPR radio station. That's how I found them.
