Terrific and professional service technician

I was amazed by the difference Zerorez made on my carpets and travertine floors! My 13-year-old travertine looks refreshed and vibrant – the color is so much warmer, and the grout looks much cleaner. They even managed to get out that stubborn coffee stain I thought was there forever!
My carpets are soft and plush again, and the matting from everyday traffic is significantly reduced. The best part? The lingering pet and kid odors are virtually gone!

The Zerorez crew was fantastic – professional, on time, and they clearly explained their process. They were also very careful moving my furniture. My only regret is that I didn't call them sooner! Highly recommend!

The service and product is great, but we still see spots in the carpet that the technician did not focus on.
He was there to do a large hallway, master bedroom and stairs, but it seems he did just a basic cleaning but didn’t do any spot treatment and I even pointed out the spots that we were hoping to get out. For $330, it looks like a nicely vacuumed area, but it did not get all the spots out.

Scheduling services was extremely easy with text abilities so I could work and handle my personal tasks. The tech who came out was extremely friendly and professional. He gave me additional random tips during his visit that went above and beyond my expectations. This was a first time experience and I will be raving and recommending this company to anyone going forward!
