They are very professional, reasonably priced, and I feel very good about the fact that nothing they use will be harmful to my family or our pet. The technician who came out to clean our carpet was very communicative and helped explain the process and all of my options. He put corner guards up and wore shoe protectors so everything in the house was protected and left very clean. I will definitely be using ZeroRez again and recommending them to others!

The technician Steven was great but the carpet is pretty wet still and smells like ammonia. Is that normal after the treatment?
Very clean beautiful carpet when finished
I’ve used this company four times now and they always do an amazing job. They arrive when they say they will and all the techs are professional and so nice. I love how they put corner guards on furniture and corners of walls to protect from any banging or bumping of the hoses. They wear feet protectors/booties so everything stays nice and clean.

The service is detailed and the Chris does a wonderful job.
We’ve used Zerorez a couple of times now. I like the way they are on time, they are respectful to my home. They do a great job cleaning my rug and it’s not soaking wet. Carpet dries in the time they say it will, looks great. Because we have dogs and couldn’t be totally inconvenienced on one trip I’m having them back again to do our last room and another set of steps. Worked out great

I am a repeat customer and I can tell you that the customer service is excellent. They call when they are on the way. The technicians are polite, honest and very efficient. Their prices are affordable. The product is remarkably effective, my carpets, including pet stains, look new when they are done, and without chemical smells. I am thankful to have discovered them in Louisville!
