I have been using Zerorez to clean my carpets for many years and am alway so impressed and grateful to their service. Their technicians and technology leave my white 18 year old carpets looking fresh and new without leaving chemical smells and are safe for my children and dogs. What makes the most difference to me is not just that their machines leave my carpets slightly damp with very little drying time, but that their customer service goes above and beyond and always leaves me feeling like they have respected my home and valued my business. I have used many other carpet cleaning companies, and Zerorez has alway been superior in every way.

The service was wonderful, but more importantly the rug is clean and it has kept its beautiful softness when you walk on it. I was so afraid of other chemicals and soaps on the rug. I wanted to preserve the softness and have no residue on the rug. Mission accomplished.
