The only thing I did not appreciate was the surprise I got when I went to pay and it asked for a tip. I felt really put on the spot to give one. I guess I didn't realize that tipping was part of the package. It would have been nice to know before hand.

Our carpet had t been cleaned since we bought this house 5 years ago. It had many set-in stains, including more than a dozen from a cat who was frequently ill. It seemed pretty hopeless!
It now looks good as new. Amazing! No odor — the soiled carpet now smells clean and fresh. No chemical odors from cleaning solutions. Plus the friendly technician called ahead, was punctual, and did a careful and diligent job, going over the bad parts several times, until no.st as ins remained.
