The techs are knowledgable and professional. Staff are respectful of your home and listen well to all concerns. They will offer advice and suggestions but are never "pushy" and allow the customer space to make decisions. The whole house smells fresh and I know any areas cleaned are completely done and done well.

YOUR EMPLOIES ARE NEAT RESPECKTABLE. THEY GO RIGHT TO WORK, DO A GOOD JOB CLEANING THE CARPET, COULD SPEND A LITTLE MORE TIME GETTING THE WATER BACK UP TO LEAVE THE FLOOR A BIT DRIER.THEY ARE FAST AND DO A GOOD A GREAT JOB.

The cleaning is thorough, spots and pet odors gone, and it dries pretty quickly. This time, Chris used a new product that seems to have eradicated a couple of old, stubborn spots that previous technicians said would probably just keep coming back. She did such a great job in not much time, and we were impressed!

I love that they do not use chemicals. My home doesn’t smell like chemicals when they are done. I also don’t have to worry about my pets laying on the carpet after it’s dried because they didn’t use any chemicals that could irritate my pets’ skin.
