Valentino did a very good job on our living room carpet and sofa! The only thing I did not like, was that hie was going to let my husband and I lift the end tables off of the coffee table until I told him that it was his job to do that himself. He did what I asked him to do. He was very professional and gracious. That was my only complaint, but all is well.

I would ask for him to do our carpet again. My friend happened to come for a short visit while he was here working. She said that he was doing a very good job. I had told her about Zerorez many times before. She was impressed.

I am over 80 and I moved all the stuff I could. The young man who came to do the carpets moved all the big stuff and put plastic blocks under the feet so the carpet could dry under the sofa and other items. He went over all the high traffic areas twice. I believe his name is Tyler, but I am not sure. He was very friendly and polite. YOu have a very good employee.

Michael was a friendly, knowledgeable person. He answered all my questions in a polite manner. In my opinion he did a very good job. If I need more carpet cleaning I will give Zerorez a call.

Our carpet was very soiled they cleaned it and now it looks almost new,

The quality of services that were provided but most importantly, the employees.
I had my vents cleaned by 2 gentlemen who were very nice and helpful with any and all questions I had.
I had my carpets cleaned (3 bedrooms) by one gentleman and he was wonderful as well. He too answered any and all queations I had.
The employees are confident and know the products/services they provide. My house now has air that doesnt flare my allergies and my air purifier stays at 98%. Wonderful.
