Professional service again. This is my second time using the upholstery cleaning service. Alex arrived on time, explained his strategy, and took time to address my concerns with the furniture cushions.
We just bought a house and needed to get carpets cleaned. I wasn’t expecting most stains to come out but once they were done almost all of the stains had come out of our carpet! We originally just scheduled for carpet cleaning and heater vent cleaning. Loyd was a great salesman and sold us on air duct cleaning and installing a black light to help kill bacteria going through the air ducts, and discounted our carpet and heater vent cleanings.
Loyd had exceptional customer service and was very thorough. When he arrived he was blocking the trash, he moved the trash can and stood there waiting for the trash to be picked up to ensure it wasn’t missed and brought the trash back up for us. He went above and beyond his normal job description and showed care and consideration. This customer service is very hard to find and I hope you can recognize his hard work.

They did a really good job on my bedroom carpet. There is a stain that is partially returning. It was, Im sure a difficult stain to get out. But I did notice that it is coming back somewhat.
