This was our first time using Zerorez. Booking the appointment was easy. The service person arrived and got right to work on our stairs and two bedrooms, and was finished in good time in the late afternoon.. We liked how quiet the process was. Our carpets were pretty well completely dried by mid-morning the next day and looked clean and fresh
