Scheduling was easy. The technician was very professional and did an excellent job on our carpets--very thorough, and I'm very happy with the end result.

Zerorez does a very good cleaning and it dries pretty quick. However,the last carpet cleaning I had the young man said you don't move any furniture. In the past the gentleman have moved the couch,loveseat,chair and our table and cleaned carpet underneath them. Then just put little styrofoam blocks under the feet. I must say I was a bit dissappointed. But otherwise the service was ok.
