Jaylen ( I think that was his name) was excellent. He was polite and courteous. He explained a lot about how the stains get formed such as sugar and grease from food. Some stains were lightened and some removed. I can't expect miracles on 20 year old carpet.

My wool carpet was very dirty and your employee who came out to clean my home was very knowledgeable and gave me detailed information about the process and my carpet cleaning requirements. He went above and beyond to help me by vacuuming my silk drapery panels and removing some lace panels that were too high for me to reach--even on a ladder. My carpets are muck cleaner than I expected. Very, very few spots left behind and I think that is amazing for my 26-year old light tan carpet! I am more than pleased and will be recommending Zeroez to my friends and neighbors.
