I loved all the emails letting me know the process and what I needed to do and the price was reasonable for my small place. The techs were on time, thoughtful and courteous and listened to me and my concerns. The carpets turned out great and it was done in a timely manner. I'm 86 years old and the booties were very thoughtful so I didn't slip and fall on wet carpets and floors. I highly recommend this company.

Have used twice to clean carpets, once when putting house on the market and then again once sold, they did a great job cleaning it up, carpet felt new again. Needed air ducts cleaned on another house and was impressed with the work, the guys were very knowledgeable about process. Ammon and Robert took the time to explain everything and make sure we were satisfied. Took pictures of before and after duct cleaning as well as a video while in the process of the vacuum, very impressive equipment.
