On time - people are trained well but within hours of leaving we still have some order come back and a few stains come back I know nothing is 100% but the add ons are expensive and every time I choose a plan i.e. $400 turns into $800 so your guys are trained well to sell up - this is my 4th time I believe using you guys so I think returned customers should have an exact plan to choose and an exact price to plan for - list it out to pick and choose what I want - I know you have a big business but you have a lot of competition and people like me have used others and more than likely will try someone else to compare which I know you don’t want to happen bc I might find someone I like as well or better

Dan did a beautiful job cleaning my living room carpet, steps, and hallway.
Miles did a great job cleaning our carpets. He was friendly, even offered to come early when he was nearby (which ended up working out great).
Like that there’s n residue left. Didn’t like Rauel(technician) though. Left standing water on kitchen and entry tiles. Tried to high pressure me into a pre treatment and acted miffed when I declined. Then he said my house smelled like cat. I had cleaned with 409 that morning and the house smelled of that product. Every other technician has put styrofoam under chair and side table. He didn’t so I had to use some of the ones I saved.
I’ll use Zerorez again but want ne f the prior technicians.

I live in an old house. The carpet has been here for many years. After Brandon cleaned it, my carpets looks brand new. He got out old stain spots, and made the knap of the carpet stand up again. He was very professional, worked quickly and efficiently, and did a wonderful job.
