Glad that your products are not full of chemicals and also it was such a quick turnaround from calling to set up an appointment to the work being done and your crew was the most professional awesome crew. You we're able to restore carpets back to looking brand new and saved us the expense of replacing all of our carpets.

The techs were great, worked fast and did a great job. The lead tech provided lots of options for different services which was also great.

The service is a little pricey but we were nervous about using lower priced options. You should offer a bi annual service where you just come back twice a year on a schedule!

The cleaning tech was incredible and based on the experience with Max, I rate a 10. It was extremely frustrating being on hold for 25 minutes and never getting my call answered on the Saturday before my cleaning at 8am Monday so I'd rate whoever is in charge of the call line much lower.
