Great customer service. No fumes or chemical smell. Did a good job on upholstered items.
Anthony was the carpet cleaning technician and he went above and beyond! The carpets in my newborn home had animal Oder, Anthony suggested your solution that removes the Oder, it worked fabulously. The carpets came out wonderful and I am extremely impressed by the professionalism and the clean products that were used, no after residue just soft clean smelling carpets. I highly recommend your services and Zerorez will be the only Service company I will ever use for the carpet cleaning. P.C.F.

I would suggest that you list all products online so customers can plan accordingly and not feel so upsold.
The service fees and min service charge was a little discouraging.
The carpets look and smell great, they're much plusher than they were, and it looks like you knocked 5 years of age off of them. The work was done quickly; even with pre- and post-walkthroughs, the team was in and out in less than 90 minutes.
Prices are great. Got whole house air duct and carpet cleaning. They use pet-safe products and staff is super friendly and accomodating! 10/10 would recommend.
