Well the service tech was really great. He was prompt, courteous, easy to work with, and extremely conscientious. The carpets feel good, not like something left behind on the surface. Often with a traditional carpet cleaning products there is a bit of a sticky residue.

Kaz did an AMAZING JOB!!! He was super nice, super helpful, even offered to do more work on areas we didn’t even originally consider. Very exceptional cross-selling! My mom and stepdad finally got their tile flooring and the tile along the walls cleaned. The room had a clean scent to it. We didn’t even realize it smelled fresher and cleaner than the end result.
