The Zerorez folks did a fantastic job and my carpets and tile look awesome. What impressed me the most was how much time they took to ensure every nook and cranny was clean. The technician who came out went above and beyond to save my carpet. I’ve had my carpets cleaned a few times and Mason really put his all into ensuring my carpet was the best it could be. I told him I was only having it cleaned to prove to my husband our kids ruined it and justify purchasing new carpet. Mason did such a good job cleaning that he ruined my shot at new carpet. He was great!
