End result was fine but the stated drying time was understated. 4 to 6 was stated when in fact in took overnight to dry completely. We have extra plush carpet. Operators should take note of knap of carpet before they state drying time.

Two notes for the future would be helpful: 1. We would have liked to have been provided the recommendation to stay out of the house during the cleaning at the time of scheduling with the office, so we could have been prepared for that. 2. It would have been good to know that depending on the type of system the quoted price could be drastically different.

The professional work and attitude of the young man that did an excellent job. I also like being able to schedule service online without having to call and push 7 buttons before speaking to someone.
Technician was very careful making sure there was no damage to furniture and walls. He did pre test to see what results we could expect in cleaning the grout. The technician was on time and did a wonderful job.
I am very happy and relieved to have my dryer ducts cleaned plus I now have much better drying for Tommy fixed a tear in the duct and under the crawl space the duct was unhooked…all corrected…thanks Tommy👍🏻🙋♀️!!!
