Always good to see and feel a clean carpet. I have been using Zerorez for years and can't believe they are not the only game in town. They leave a carpet clean and dry enough that within three hours its dry. No smelly detergents to deal with. If you haven't tried them you should. I am not sure how they compare cost wise with the old fashion cleaners but if they are more its worth it. Do yourself a favor and try them next time you want your carpets cleaned.

This is the 4th time I've personally used ZeroRez, and I recommend them all the time. What I love about ZeroRez is that the carpets don't feel sticky after the cleaning. The other professional companies tend to leave a residue on the carpet after the cleaning, therefore, the carpet becomes a magnet for dirt after the cleaning. I don't understand the science behind it, but I know that is works! I would NEVER use any other carpet cleaning company other than ZeroRez. I'm also a Realtor and recommend them to all my clients. In addition, the carpet is typically dry within 4 hours - (they say to wait 8 hours before reinstalling furniture). The other companies leave the carpet soaking wet and it takes well over 24 hours to dry. No one has time for that.
