Technician was very informative, good at his job and uses good products that smell nice. This is the second time I've used them and I'm very happy with the result. My dog peed all over the carpet and it went all the way into the padding. Zerorez gets the smell out. Thank you so much!

If the service is not needed, zerorez will not perform the service. They have integrity which is lacking in this industry. They charge you only if the service is needed.

He was very knowledgeable and professional. He got down on his hands and knees to assess my carpet before he cleaned. I just bought this house and he offered me an anti-bacterial protection for peace of mind-thank you!!! He told me what to expect afterwards and what to do and not do after the carpet was cleaned. He was able to remove all the stains and the carpet looks fabulous! I’ve used them twice now and I will continue to use them and refer them to people.
