I had Harry come clean my carpets and was very impressed with his speed and thoroughness in the home I moved into.
My carpets had a very strong cat urine odor, while I know that cat urine smell is likely here to stay, Harry at least got the overbearing smell to go away. Because this was a deciding factor on me taking the home or not, it was VERY much appreciated!!

The call center verified we could accept the technicians a little earlier than schedule. The technicians were polite and got right to work on the carpets/floors and furniture we scheduled to be cleaned. It would be nice if they could vacuum or have that option before they start, vs customer needing to do it.
