Bruce and Thomas were excellent in all that they did.
The Zerorez shower cleaning service was disappointing. The technician cleaned the tile great-no problem there. But the fee for the service is way too high given Zerorez’s limited scope for the service (doesn’t include shower doors). Would hire zerorez for carpet, upholstery and tile/grout again, but not for shower cleaning.

I had two very nice professional gentleman. They were on time. They were quick and did a nice job. My carpet is older, but they still did a nice job.

I added my couch cleaning as an afterthought to my carpet cleaning. Because of the dog hair and oils imbedded in the fabric I did not have very high expectations for getting the couch looking good. I was most pleasantly surprised that all traces of the dog’s effects on the couch were erased!! This was my first time using ZEROREZ, but will not be my last.

Professional and efficient
The product is great! I have an old off white carpet and I’m always so please how well it turns out. But just as important, your scheduler and technicians are fabulous. The person who cleaned my carpet this time was the best! He was willing to listen to my area of concerns and explained how he would handle the problem areas.
Your techinicians were very informative and explained everything . Very satisfied with their service. HOWEVER... their truck dripped oil all over my freshly pressure washed driveway.
