the gentleman who did my service was every nice and explain everything to me. I have dogs so ask about the pet spot cleaner and he answer all my questions. after all that, he told me about how long it would take. very nice and helpful.

I love that it is soap free! My carpets used to get dirty fast because of all the soap left in the carpets. (The “special water” gift is so appreciated…I use it for spot treatment.) Riley was our service person and was polite, fast and thorough! Best job ever. We will never have anyone other than Zerorez!

I like how well it cleans the carpets with minimal chemicals and residue.

As much as I like the amazing job that is done I must admit what I love best is the work ethic and the dedication of every technician we have ever had come out. We use your service at least twice a year and ALWAYS your techs are top notch. This las vist was no difernt. He ws amazing and we appreciated his hard work.

The most important part of the carpet cleaning process is the individual who provides the service. They must be strong, diligent, and determined to do a good job. Hilton Head Zero Rez is all of that and then some. They call you back quickly, get there on time, and do an amazing job. That is why I think they are the best and definitely a 10 out of 10 !

I recently had our vents cleaned by Zerorez. We worked with Isaiah and one other, I can't remember his name, and I can't recommend them enough! The level of service I received was outstanding. Isaiah was incredibly informative and walked me through every step of the process with professionalism. He was always willing to answer my questions. The friendly customer service made the experience even better.
