Safe for pets. The associate that came, Anthony, was professional, friendly, informative, and got right down to business. Took approx. an hour, which was really nice & unexpected. Final result was great. Very happy with the service & would recommend to anyone. I thought the price paid was well worth the money

The man who cleaned the carpets did a very good job. He was able to get out the spots and had us check his work. We had someone else the time Zeroex cleaned the carpets and he was nowhere near as good as this gentleman.
