I received a call from Cecil telling me he was on his way. He came within window I was told. He did a good job. The only thing I was unhappy with was difference of 65.00 in estimate I was given by him. When he realized there would be additional charge i should have been informed and given chance to decline the extra cost.

We were so please with our technician's help and knowledge in what product treatments would be best for our home. We have a dog and 2 cats and they have all thrown up or had accidents.
