Very professional outfit. Our carpets and sofa had ground in dirt from years without professional cleaning. They really felt revitalized the next day. It was good to know that any microorganisms had been killed by the heat applied, much healthier for our two cats. The price seemed very reasonable for the amount of work done. The technician, Luis C, was very knowledgeable and hard-working. We would definitely ask for him again and make this something we do on a yearly basis.

The two Gentlemen went above and beyond. We had another chaotic evwnt at sa.e timw and they were very calm and helpful. Des was awesome! Called ahead, evaluated, treated and was in and out in under an hour. Carpets looked great and I could not have asked for more out a service I scheduled the night before online and figured would not really happen, I called office at 8am to check on my appointment and David said it would all be fine, as Des was calling to confirm. Great customer service and technician service. I have used Zerorez for years as I am a radio family member of Kiss 95.1 and Maney and LauRen make my mornings complete. Products work well and always have trustworthy technicians servicing the home. I won't use anyone else to clean my carpets!
