Simple and effective process. Carpets are all clean.

I like that the technicians do not push additional product while they are here. They simply ask if you're interested and if you say no they just say okay. I have had other carpet cleaning companies come and they are very pushy. That is what I chose zero rez this time. They also do a nice job. I cannot explain how much I appreciate the technicians not being pushy as that makes me very uncomfortable.

I've used Zerorez a few times in an attempt to make my 30-year-old WHITE carpet last just a few more years. Understandably, it always came out cleaner but thought I just had to live with the grayed walking paths through the main traffic areas. LEO changed my mind about both my carpet and Zerorez. He brought in heavy equipment I had never seen and extra cleaning solution, and even as he worked, I could see an amazing difference in the area he had already cleaned. When he was done, it looks like I have NEW WHITE carpet again. I will NEVER use Zerorez again without making sure Leo is the representative.
