What I really liked was not trying to sell me something I did not need. Technicians had great communication and send picture updates and called to addressed any problem areas. Technicians were kind and respectful to all persons in the home.

Floors look great, service agent was a great communicator. Pet smell was the main reason for service needed. I still have a slight pet smell and last time the orange cleaning fragrance was amazing but this time I didn't smell any fragrance.

Nate arrived in a timely manner and he was very organized, efficient and professional. My elderly mom had made quite a mess on her bedroom carpet and Nate came in cleaned up nicely and made it look like nothing ever happened to the carpet. He was knowledgeable and explained everything first. Friendly and quick but he did kill a very long line of grass and part of a plant leading from his truck to the area to be cleaned.

The guy was in and out within an hour and 15 minutes. Didn’t they to sell us anything we didn’t need. In fact,
he told us our carpet didn’t need the protection guard as our carpet was not worn.

Colby was prompt , personable and efficient. My carpet looked like new when he finished and had no odor ( not dog or chemicals)
