Brandon was very pleasant, helpful and informative.
He called to ask if he could arrive earlier; showed me the puppy stains via uv flashlight; explained about the electrolyte water and lifetime guarantee; went over and redid a few spots that seemed to need extra cleaning.
He said he would provide a 2nd backup if the stains did not come out or if they returned. It did seem as tho the"backup" was just a stronger solution next time- no discount on it.

I like the way the Zerorez product cleans my wall-to-wall beige upstairs carpet. After the cleaning my carpet smells fresh and looks new. Also, the carpet continues to look clean for many months.

Have always had great carpet and upholstery cleaning from Zerorez. Recently we had our bathroom floors cleaned and we also sent out 3 large area rugs for cleaning. The rugs were returned today and they look perfect. They are clean, stain free and lay flat. There was no shrinkage. The technicians do a great job. They are timely, efficient and take care to explain everything and protect your furniture. I highly recommend Zerorez.

The service technician was exceptional, Shawn started to work as soon as he arrived. He did an exceptional job of cleaning my carpet. I would definitely want him again. And if you can’t move the heavy furniture just move the small pieces and go around the large. It’s worth it to clean the parts of carpet you see when you walk into the house.

Always call ahead of time to let you know they are on their way, with an approximate arrival time. Very knowledgeable individuals who have always taken the best care of our items.
