I've been using Zerorez for the past few years and I am completely satisfied. to them I went through several local brands but never asked one to come back. These folks do a good job and consistently send friendly technicians who are thorough and do a great job, I highly recommend them.
Carpet looks great. Technician did a great job and was very courteous and professional. The only negative thing was arriving about 1/2 hour after the agreed upon time frame due to a misunderstanding related to a previously scheduled appointment that had to be cancelled and rescheduled by ZeroRez.
