The Zerorez team that comes out to my house is always very professional, helpful and very knowledgeable about your product and what services are best for my needs. Carpets always look brand new after a cleaning (and that is with 3 dogs!).

The technician that arrived is one of the most pleasant people I have ever met. He was polite and very professional. There was an odd residual smell. It wasn't terrible, but it didn't smell like a freshly cleaned room/house. I appreciate the environmentally sound practice of Zerorez that is safer for people, pets and environment. It is expensive and the up charging on unnecessary products is excessive, which is my only complaint. Other than the peculiar smell. Which is more like ozone now that I think about it. If it is ozone, then it is indicative of a thorough cleaning. I would want to cover that up with another spray or scent.
