I have used Z since I heard the first advertisement heading to work at 7AM on the Tom Barberi radio show. I have never changed because I loved it so. We bought new carpet in 2003 and I used Z every, usually on Columbus Day in the fall when kids were in school and I could have the whole day to moving fans around to drying the remaining moisture. One day the technician suggested I try to the grout cleaning on my bathroom, so periodically I use it. But this was the vent cleaning and it all went well and I was pleased. I could, fact, tell a difference in the dryer time on the first load I did after he left.

Zerorez has an excellent service. They came to my home, assessed the conditions and gave me a quote. Once I approved the price, Zach and his full service truck had all the necessary equipment to get the job done right then. Zach was very professional and polite. He worked quickly and finished in the time frame he said. I have used Zerorez for other commercial jobs and now I can vouch for their residential services.

There isn't a strong smell after the cleaning. The technician (Mike) was very professional and worked really hard on the extra soiled spots. Great suggestions about putting the furniture back while the floor is still a bit damp. The house looks fantastic!

I did feel like I was upsold on some items - maybe it was needed maybe not.
But I scheduled the service thinking the price was around $110 and when everything was said and done, it was $391... Maybe a better questionnaire would be needed when booking online to ensure the customer is prepared for the price.
Customer reps were great though, quick, and did a great job.
ZERO Residue was behind the name ZEROREZ!! And this was HUGE to us. Thank you!!
