He explained the cleaning process and also offered us other options for the carpet at an additional cost which I politely declined and received no pressure to add on these services which I appreciated. The carpets look great and I would not hesitate to use Zerorez again. Their upfront pricing leaves no surprises.

Technician explained procedure. When he finished he asked me to go through house and see if I was satisfied. He told me how long before carpet would dry and ways to ensure it dried faster. He communicated very well and was very personable.
