In January I used a well known competitor and was very disappointed. Called Zerorex and had 2 rooms cleaned by Anthony two days later. The spots the other company could not remove were gone when Anthony finished. He was professional, polite, and friendly He asked throughout the process if I was pleased before he finished. I was so pleased I referred him to my granddaughters home. He cleaned her carpet 2 days later and I must say, it was almost a miracle ( 2 kids =lots of stains)😂. I will definately refer Anthony to my friends

The cleaning was very well done, and Shane was very courteous and helpful.

My problem was that when I signed up for the service, I was not told about all the potential up charges. Consequently, the job was significantly more expensive than initially quoted.

Lloyd made the experience great. I love the feel of the carpet after the service. It feels clean and soft.

The cleaning solution does not smell and carpets dried within a few hours.

Luis was here on time and did a great job. He cleaned a reclining sofa and an off white recliner and both looked great when he was done. He also made sure to mop up any over spray. My furniture looks better than it has in years. I would definitely recommend Luis and Zerorez.

I know little about your products. Your representative did an excellent job. Professional, courteous, and personable. Explained everything in detail. Politely answered all my questions in detail. Would recommend your representative to do work in anyone's home or business. Give the gentleman 10 stars as he puts a great face on the ZEROREZ business.

Always professional. Always clean the carpet well and looks good and smells clean when they leave. We always use zerorez and will continue too!!!

Carpet looked clean. I made sure tech did not saturate my Carpet with a lot of water like the previous tech did.

Service was very good! The technician communicated that he was on his way and then showed up on time. He was kind, respectful, informative, and pleasant.

Jachai H was a great tech! Called me, showed up and introduced himself, came in to see the areas that needed attention. J gave a full explanation of the process. By my surprise, my dog ran up to us to meet his new best friend, J! Thankfully he isn’t afraid of dogs, he was friendly and playful with the dog while we walked through the rest of the house. We talked about some of the pet odor from my older dog having accidents, and he went over the additional treatment cost and effectiveness.
I really appreciate his work!
