Mickel arrived at home within window appointment. He presented his plan with discussion and visual tour of areas to be cleaned. Well and clear spoken. Gave options which I may consider with next cleaning. Upon completion, I inspected areas and VERY IMPRESSED! Areas of tougher stains look like brand new.
