I love that a chemical smell isnt left behind and my carpets smell fresh and are softer and clean especially with 2 large dogs. The techincians are always friendly, this time Brian was my tech he answered every concern i had and over all i will keep using zero rez, i just wish it wasnt so expensive or i would do it every 6 months
