This was a great experience! Our carpets were pretty dirty from shoes and had some stains from our dog but the carpet came out great! We were mostly focused on getting the smell out and our carpets are super old, so there’s really only so much one can do but we thought they came out great! I believe our technician was named Azael and he was very friendly, respectful, and got the job done quick. Would hire them again!

The Technician was amazing. He was very professional, kind and accommodating. I love that he was able to get all the problem areas out of the carpet. The carpets look great with no crunchy soap residue. I'll definately be calling Zero Rez again.

Sarah rest was able to get out stains in the white carpet including blood amazing. The service technician was extremely helpful and knowledgeable polite and curious. I would recommend zero rest to anyone who needed the carpet cleaned in their house.
